For routes where lock-rate is supported, yes. Lock window is typically ~5 minutes, capped by the underlying provider's quote expiry. If you don't deposit in time, the lock drops and the engine re-quotes at the current market. For non-lockable routes you take the market rate at deposit time.

The quote provides a modeled time where available. Actual completion depends on source-chain confirmations, provider state, route complexity, liquidity, and destination-chain settlement; no completion time is guaranteed.
