Telegram Premium has two payment paths. The in-app one goes through Apple or Google billing — card-only, region-checked, and the App Store takes its cut. Why “multi-chain pay-in” matters

If you only ever hold one asset, Fragment is fine for you — you just need to hold TON. The problem hits everyone else, which is most users.
