1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using uSwap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
uSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency swap interface. The Service facilitates cross-chain cryptocurrency exchanges by routing orders through decentralized liquidity protocols. uSwap does not hold, control, or custody user funds at any time during a swap.
3. No Account Required
The Service can be used without creating an account. No personal information, email, or identity verification is required for basic swap functionality.
4. Fees
uSwap charges 0% commissions on all cryptocurrency swaps. Users are responsible for paying blockchain network fees (gas fees) which are set by the underlying blockchain networks, not by uSwap.
5. No Custody of Funds
uSwap is non-custodial. At no point does uSwap take custody of your cryptocurrency. Swaps are executed on-chain through decentralized protocols. uSwap acts solely as an interface to these protocols.
6. Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that:
- Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
- Exchange rates fluctuate and the final rate may differ from the quoted rate within slippage tolerance
- You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses before submitting a swap
- Network congestion may cause delays in transaction processing
7. Refund Policy
If a swap cannot be completed, funds are automatically returned to the refund address provided by the user. uSwap does not guarantee refund timing as it depends on blockchain network conditions.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- To launder money or finance terrorism
- To engage in fraudulent activity
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
uSwap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, uSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
